Rogers DiClad 870 laminates are PTFE-based composites reinforced with woven fiberglass, offering enhanced dimensional stability and superior electrical properties. With a higher PTFE content and aligned fiberglass plies, these materials ensure consistent performance in high-frequency applications.

Dielectric constant of 2.33 @ 1MHz and 10GHz
Low dissipation factor of 0.0013 @ 10GHz
High copper peel strength of 14 Lbs/in (35μm foil)
Moisture absorption rate of only 0.02%
Complies with UL 94-V0 flammability standard
