Rogers RT/duroid 5880 high-frequency laminates are PTFE composites reinforced with glass microfibers, designed for demanding stripline and microstrip circuits. Their randomly oriented microfibers ensure exceptional dielectric constant uniformity (2.2 ±0.02) across panels and frequencies, making them ideal for Ku-band and beyond.


With an ultra-low dissipation factor (0.0009 at 10 GHz) and resistance to solvents used in PCB fabrication, RT/duroid 5880 laminates are machinable and reliable for applications like radar systems, broadband antennas, and millimeter-wave designs.
