Rogers RO4003C laminates are engineered for high-performance RF and microwave applications, offering the electrical performance of PTFE/woven glass with the manufacturability of epoxy/glass. These laminates are designed for high-volume, performance-sensitive applications, providing tight control on dielectric constant (Dk) and low loss at a fraction of the cost of conventional microwave materials.


Unlike PTFE-based materials, RO4003C laminates do not require special through-hole treatments or handling procedures, making them easy to process using standard FR-4 methods. With a Tg of >280°C (536°F) and excellent dimensional stability, RO4003C is ideal for mixed dielectric multi-layer boards and severe thermal shock applications.
