Quality Policy
Our company established a series of management procedures and strategies to ensure that PCBs meet customer requirements. This includes vendor selection, work-in-progress (WIP) inspections, outgoing delivery inspections, and customer service.
Evaluation and Audit of Suppliers
Suppliers are evaluated by our company, with an annual appraisal and ranking process to ensure that the materials provided meet our standards. We are committed to continuously developing and supervising suppliers to enhance their quality and environmental management in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Contract Evaluation
Before accepting an order, our company reviews and verifies customer requirements to ensure our capability to meet specifications, delivery timelines, and other demands.
Making, Audit, and Control of Manufacturing Data
Upon receiving customers' design data and specifications, our market department verifies all requirements. The design data is then converted into manufacturing data using CAM technology. Subsequently, a Manufacturing Instruction (MI) is created based on the plant's actual manufacturing processes and technologies, serving as the foundation for fabrication. The MI undergoes review by independent engineers and Quality Assurance (QA) engineers before it is issued.
Incoming Material Quality Control
All materials are inspected prior to warehousing. Our plants have implemented a series of stringent inspection procedures and guidelines to manage incoming materials effectively. We utilize various precise inspection instruments to ensure accurate assessments of material quality. Materials are issued on a first-in, first-out basis, and we implement an "alarm" system for materials approaching their shelf life to ensure they are utilized before expiration.
Control of Production Process
The production process is rigorously controlled through the use of the correct Manufacturing Instruction (MI), comprehensive equipment management and maintenance, effective process control, and strict monitoring of work-in-progress (WIP) inspections. Detailed working instructions ensure that the entire fabrication process is thoroughly managed.
Final Control and Inspection
All PCBs undergo open and short tests, along with visual inspections, after passing the required physical tests. We utilize a range of advanced testing equipment, including customized probe flying test machines, to ensure that every PCB is tested thoroughly and meets our 100% testing standard.
Product Delivery Audit
We have established a dedicated Final Quality Assurance (FQA) department to inspect PCB products based on customer specifications and requirements through sampling. Qualified PCBs are then prepared for packaging.
The FQA team also conducts a 100% audit of warehouse packing and shipping products, verifying details such as product numbers, customer numbers, product quantities, and shipping addresses before dispatch.
Customer Service
Our professional customer service team is committed to proactive communication with customers and promptly addressing their feedback. We place a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and adjusting our customer service policies and PCB product requirements accordingly.
