General Description
The Rogers CLTE-XT High Frequency PCB is a double-sided circuit board designed for high-performance microwave and RF applications. Built on 40mil (1.016mm) CLTE-XT substrates, this PCB features a green solder mask and white silkscreen on the component side, with immersion gold plating on the pads (minimum 2 microinch gold over 120 microinch nickel). The board size is 150mm x 65mm, with a standard 1oz finished copper thickness. Manufactured in compliance with IPC Class II standards, each board undergoes 100% open-short circuit testing before shipment. Boards are vacuum-packed in bags of 25, with 12 kg per box for secure delivery.

Is the CLTE-XT High-Frequency Material in Stock?
We maintain stock of Rogers CLTE-XT laminates in 40mil thickness, as well as other Rogers materials (RO3000, RO4000, RT/duroid series). Please consult our sales team for availability and volume pricing.
Can I Collect My Order?
You can pick up your PCB orders from our premises using your account with DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We will assist in preparing the necessary export documents for customs declaration.
How Much Will It Cost for Delivery?

Am I Able to Return My PCBs?
As PCBs are custom-made products, returns are not allowed unless there are quality issues.
When Will My Order Arrive?
All PCBs are dispatched the same day if fabrication is completed before 5 PM. For Asian clients, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days; European clients can expect delivery in 6-7 days, while North and South American clients may also receive their orders in 6-7 days. However, carriers do not guarantee these timeframes due to transportation complexities.
Will I Need to Sign for My Package?
All orders are shipped using DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Aramex, or EMS, making them fully trackable and often requiring a signature upon delivery.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your PCB boards are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our sales team, which will include a tracking number. You can track this number on the carrier's official website.
What Should I Do If My Parcel is Damaged or Lost?
Such incidents are rare in our operations. Our PCB boards are packed with bubble materials and KK grade cartons for protection. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to arrange for replacement production. Retain any damaged items, including packaging, for reference.
