General Description
The DiClad 870 Microwave PCB is a double-sided circuit board designed for high-frequency microwave applications. Built on 31mil (0.8mm) DiClad 870 substrates, this PCB features a simple design without solder mask or silkscreen. The pads are protected by lead-free hot air solder leveling (HASL) for excellent solderability. The board size is 80mm x 300mm, with a standard 1oz copper finish. All boards are manufactured in compliance with IPC Class II standards and undergo 100% open-short circuit testing before shipment. Each order includes 25 boards vacuum-packed in a 12 kg box for secure delivery.
