Introduction to TMM10i High Frequency PCB

Rogers TMM10i is a ceramic thermoset polymer composite material engineered for high plated through-hole reliability in strip-line and micro-strip applications. It combines the advantages of ceramic and PTFE substrates with easy processing features. The material offers isotropic dielectric properties and thermal expansion coefficients closely matched to copper, ensuring excellent PTH reliability and minimal etch shrinkage. Its thermal conductivity is approximately twice that of standard PTFE/ceramic laminates, significantly improving heat dissipation.
