General Description:

Introducing our Flexible PCB, expertly crafted on double-sided adhesive SF490 PET, tailored for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) applications. This design intentionally excludes through-hole components, making it a perfect fit for modern electronic systems.

The layer stackup includes copper layers with a thickness of 35 micrometers (1 oz), carefully sandwiched between layers of PET and adhesive. This configuration achieves a minimum trace width of 4 mil and a minimum space of 10 mil, ensuring precision in both design and layout.

With hole diameters ranging from 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm, this flexible FPC retains its integrity, featuring a final external foil thickness of 1 oz and a slim profile of just 0.15 mm (±0.05 mm).
