1.TLY-5 Introduction

TLY-5 laminates are crafted from lightweight woven fiberglass, offering superior dimensional stability compared to chopped fiber-reinforced PTFE composites. The woven matrix structure of TLY-5 materials results in mechanically stable laminates that are ideal for high-volume manufacturing. With a low dissipation factor, TLY-5 laminates are well-suited for automotive radar applications operating at 77 GHz, as well as various antennas in the millimeter-wave frequency range.
