WL-CT338 PCB 2-Layer 30mil High-Frequency Laminates for Base Station and Satellite Antennas1.Introduction to WL-CT338 Wangling's WL-CT338 laminates are organic polymer ceramic fiberglass cloth-covered copper clad materials, designed as thermosetting resin-based high-frequency components. The dielectric layer consists of hydrocarbon resin, ceramics, and fiberglass cloth, offering low loss performance suitable for high-frequency applications. PCB processing for WL-CT338 can be performed using techniques similar to FR-4 materials, making it easier to work with compared to PTFE materials and ensuring enhanced stability and consistency in circuitry. This laminate can serve as an effective substitute for similar foreign products. The combination of hydrocarbon resin and composite ceramics yields excellent low loss, high-temperature resistance, and temperature stability. WL-CT338 features a stable temperature coefficient of dielectric constant and loss, low thermal expansion coefficient, and a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of above 280°C. 2.Features Dielectric Constant: 3.38 at 10 GHz/23°C 3.PCB Stackup: 2-Layer Rigid PCB
