Brief Introduction

The RO3206 high-frequency PCB features a stackup consisting of two copper layers, each with a thickness of 35 μm. The substrate material is RO3206, with a thickness of 0.635 mm (25mil), making it a robust 2-layer rigid circuit board.

The board dimensions are 76.88mm x 72.64mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The minimum trace/space is set at 9/10 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.35mm. Notably, this design does not include blind vias.

Additional specifications include a finished board thickness of 0.8mm, an outer layer copper weight of 1oz (1.4 mils), and a via plating thickness of 20 μm. The selected surface finish is immersion silver, which provides a protective layer and ensures excellent solderability.

The PCB features a top silkscreen in white, while no bottom silkscreen is present. Additionally, both top and bottom solder masks are not included in this design.

To guarantee quality and reliability, a 100% electrical test is conducted prior to shipment, verifying the functionality and performance of the PCB.

The artwork provided for manufacturing is in Gerber RS-274-X format, a standard widely accepted in the industry. The quality and workmanship adhere to IPC-Class-2 standards, ensuring compliance with industry requirements.

We maintain a stock of most high-frequency materials, including Rogers materials from the 3000 series, 4000 series, 5000 series, and 6000 series, as well as Taconic materials from the RF series, TLX series, and TLY series. Due to the variety of high-frequency materials, please consult our sales team before placing an order.

Can I Collect My Order?

You are welcome to pick up your PCB orders from our premises using your account with DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We will assist in preparing the necessary export documents for customs declaration.

How Much Will It Cost for Delivery?

We offer various carriers to choose from. Typically, we select one that provides the best shipping rates. If your order is urgent, we can choose a forwarder with quicker delivery times.

Am I Able to Return My PCBs?

As PCBs are custom-made products, they cannot be returned unless there are quality issues.

When Will My Order Arrive?

All PCBs are dispatched the same day if fabrication is completed before 5 PM. For clients in Asia, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days; European clients can expect delivery in 6-7 days, while clients in North and South America may also receive their orders in 6-7 days. However, carriers do not guarantee these timeframes due to transportation complexities.

Will I Need to Sign for My Package?

All orders are shipped using DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Aramex, or EMS, making them fully trackable and often requiring a signature upon delivery.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your PCB boards are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our sales team, which will include a tracking number. You can track this number on the carrier's official website.

What Should I Do If My Parcel is Damaged or Lost?

Such incidents are rare in our operations. Our PCB boards are packed with bubble materials and KK grade cartons for protection. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately, so we can work with the carrier to arrange for replacement production. Retain any damaged items, including packaging, for reference.
