General Description
The RO4835 High Frequency PCB is a double-layer circuit board designed for high-performance applications. Built on Rogers RO4835 laminates, this PCB features a signal layer on the top side and a shielding layer on the bottom side. The board is plated with immersion gold for excellent solderability and corrosion resistance, with no solder mask or silkscreen applied. Fabricated using a 60mil (1.524mm) substrate and starting with 0.5oz copper, the boards are manufactured in compliance with IPC Class II standards. All boards undergo 100% electrical testing before shipment to ensure quality and reliability.
