Introduction

RO4725JXR is an advanced high-frequency PCB laminate composed of hydrocarbon, ceramic, and woven glass composite. Its specialized resin system delivers optimal antenna performance with full compatibility to FR-4 and lead-free soldering processes. Unlike traditional PTFE materials, RO4725JXR requires no special treatment for plated through-holes, offering a cost-effective solution without compromising performance.

Low Dielectric Constant: 2.55 ± 0.05 @ 10GHz for superior signal integrity.
Low Z-axis CTE: 25.6 ppm/°C ensures dimensional stability under thermal stress.
Low TCDk: +34 ppm/°C provides consistent performance across temperatures.
Low Dissipation Factor: 0.0026 @ 10GHz minimizes signal loss.
High Tg: >280°C for reliability in high-temperature environments.
Reduced PIM: -166 dBC for enhanced performance in high-power antenna applications.

PCB Manufacturing Capabilities

We support a wide range of PCB types including single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer, and hybrid designs.
Available dielectric thicknesses include 30.7 mil and 60.7 mil. Copper weights from 1oz (35µm) to 2oz (70µm) are customizable.
Maximum board size is 400mm x 500mm.
Solder mask colors: green, black, blue, red, yellow, white, and more.
Surface finishes: Immersion Gold, HASL, Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin, Bare Copper, OSP, ENEPIG, Pure Gold, etc.
