Introduction

Hello Everyone,
Multilayer high frequency PCBs are constructed using high frequency materials, including prepreg adhesives. For instance, a 4-layer RO4350B PCB consists of two cores made from RO4350B substrates. The RO4350B family includes a range of core thicknesses from 4 mil (0.101 mm) to 60 mil (1.524 mm).

Product Overview

Today, we are discussing a 4-layer RO4350B high frequency PCB designed specifically for radar systems. This RF board has a total thickness of 0.82 mm, featuring a minimum track width of 4 mil and a gap of 5 mil. It utilizes RO4450B as the dielectric prepreg, ensuring optimal high frequency performance. The specifications include a white silkscreen over a green solder mask and immersion gold plating on the pads. Each board is supplied as 1 up per panel and is manufactured per IPC 6012 Class 2 standards using the provided Gerber data. Shipment is organized in packs of 50 panels.
