RF-35 is an advanced organic-ceramic laminate from Taconic's ORCER family, characterized by:

Performance: Outstanding peel strength for 0.5oz and 1oz copper, crucial for rework scenarios.
Thermal Properties: Glass transition temperature (Tg) exceeds 315 degrees Celsius.
Moisture Resistance: Ultra-low moisture absorption and low dissipation factor minimize phase shift at high frequencies.
Stability: Dimensionally stable due to woven fabric design.
Flammability: Rated V-0 and tested per IPC-TM 650 standards.
