Material Composition

Constructed from a PTFE-based, ceramic-filled fiberglass substrate, RF-35TC resists oxidation, yellowing, and does not experience upward drift in dielectric constant and dissipation factor, unlike synthetic rubber (hydrocarbon) alternatives.


Key Properties

This laminate boasts a low dielectric constant of 3.50 and an extremely low dissipation factor of 0.0011. Its excellent thermal conductivity and strong bonding to low-profile copper further minimize insertion loss.
