The TLF-35A is an economical RF material, making it an ideal choice for low-cost, high-volume commercial microwave and radio frequency applications. TLF-35A exhibits excellent peel strength for both ½ ounce and 1 ounce copper, surpassing standard epoxy materials, which is crucial for rework scenarios.
With its ultra-low moisture absorption rate and low dissipation factor, TLF-35A effectively minimizes phase shift across frequencies. The use of woven fabrics in its design ensures that TLF-35A is dimensionally stable. Furthermore, the base materials of TLF-35A have a flammability rating of V-0 and are rigorously tested in accordance with IPC-TM-650 standards.
TLF-35A features a low dielectric constant of 3.5 ± 0.05 and a minimal dissipation factor of 0.002.
