General Description
The AD255C High Frequency PCB is a double-layer antenna circuit board designed for high-performance wireless applications. Built on Rogers' AD255C specialty antenna laminates, this PCB features a 60mil (1.524mm) substrate with 1oz copper plating on both sides. The top layer includes antenna pads, while the bottom layer provides shielding copper. The entire board is coated with immersion gold for excellent solderability and corrosion resistance, with no solder mask or silkscreen applied. Manufactured in compliance with IPC Class II standards, all boards undergo 100% electrical testing before shipment to ensure quality and reliability.
