General Description

The TP1020 High Frequency PCB is a high-performance printed circuit board built on Wangling's TP1020 substrate with a dielectric constant (DK) of 10.2. This double-layer PCB features a 5.0mm laminate with a hot air solder leveling (HASL) surface finish and a black solder mask. Both layers are finished with 1 oz copper. The boards are manufactured in compliance with IPC 6012 Class 2 standards using supplied Gerber data. Each shipment includes 20 boards packed securely for delivery.

TP-1/2 High Frequency Laminates

The TP material is a unique high-frequency thermoplastic in the industry. The dielectric layer of TP-type laminates consists of ceramics and polyphenylene oxide resin (PPO), without fiberglass reinforcement. The dielectric constant can be precisely adjusted by altering the ratio between ceramics and PPO resin. This specialized production process ensures excellent dielectric performance and high reliability. TP refers to the smooth surface material without copper cladding, TP-1 has copper cladding on one side, and TP-2 has copper cladding on both sides.
